Proposed Local Rule and Form Changes
Effective July 1st, 2024

Riverside County
Pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 10.613, the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside proposes that local rule and form changes be made, effective July 1, 2024.

The proposed changes are:

and Order (Amend)
Local Form RI-FL035 - Trial Rules and Procedures (Amend)
Local Form RI-FL079 - Petition for Grandparent Visitation (New)
Local Form RI-FL080 - Response to Petition for Grandparent
Visitation (New)
Local Form RI-JV042 - Advisement of Rights to Counsel
in Dependency Hearing (Faretta Waiver) (New)

Title 7 - Probate
Local Rule 7106 - Approved Matters and Appearances (Amend)
Local Rule 7202 - Special Administration (New)
