April 25, 2024, the Riverside Superior Court will implement MyCitations, an online ability
to pay tool for those struggling to pay fines resulting from infraction citations.
MyCitations allows court users to answer a series of simple questions and submit a request to the court for a possible
reduction in the amount owed based on their financial situation. Users can also request a payment plan, more time to pay,
or community service. This new option saves both time and resources and allows court users to make a request without
the need to appear in court.
The MyCitations online tool can be found on the court’s website or accessed directly at
https://mycitations.courts.ca.gov.
For more information, please contact the Clerk’s Office at (951) 777 - 3147 or (760) 393 - 2617.
