DROP-ONLY POLICY
FOR CORONA AND MORENO VALLEY

RIVERSIDE COUNTY:
Due to space and resource considerations, Riverside Superior Court adopts the following procedures with regard to the filing of Limited Civil documents at the Corona and Moreno Valley courthouses. For same day processing, court runners, attorney service agencies and the like will be required to submit the following at the Riverside Historic Courthouse:
- Documents submitted at the public service windows for same-day filing.
- Documents submitted by mail.
Court runners, attorney service agencies and the like shall be permitted to drop Limited Civil documents at the Corona and Moreno Valley courthouses. However, those documents will be delivered to the Riverside Historic Courthouse for filing and processing.
Fax filings received by the Corona and/or Moreno Valley Courts will be processed on-site in the normal course of business.
