RIVERSIDE SUPERIOR COURT IMPLEMENTS
ESUBMIT – A DOCUMENT SUBMISSION PORTAL

RIVERSIDE COUNTY:
The Riverside Superior Court will launch a new electronic document submission portal on July 1, 2019. eSubmit will allow customers to upload documents and pay filing fees electronically.
Provided for under Code of Civil Procedure §1010.6 and California Rules of Court, rule 2.250 et. seq., eSubmit will allow court users to transmit documents electronically to the court in a secure manner, providing for greater efficiency and security.
eSubmit will be available on the court's website for all case types. Users may transmit up to 15 documents per transaction in a Portable Document Format (PDF). The eSubmit submission fee per transaction is $1.85. Transactions are limited to one case per transaction.
The eSubmit Document Submission Portal replaces the Riverside Superior Court's direct fax filing program. As of July 1, 2019, documents can no longer be submitted for filing via direct fax filing, the eFax program or facsimile.
