Proposed Local Rule and Form Changes

Effective January 1, 2019

RIVERSIDE COUNTY:

Pursuant to California Rule of Court 10.613, the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, proposes that local rule and form changes be made, effective January 1, 2019. The proposed changes are to the following rules and forms:

Title 3 – Civil

Local Rule 3401 – Pre-Trial Rules (Amend)

Title 7 – Probate

Local Rule 7301 – Relative and Non-Relative Guardianships of the Person and/or Estate (Amend)

Local Form RI-PR092 – Social History of Guardian / Parent (New)

Local Form RI-PR093 – Employment Verification Consent (New)

Local Form RI-PR094 – Character Reference Questionnaire (New)

Local Form RI-PR095 – Social History of Minor (New)

Local Form RI-PR096 – School Report (New)

Local Form RI-PR097 – Guardianship Investigation Forms Information (New)

*Note – Local Forms RI-PR092 through RI-PR097 were previously contained in a single packet. To provide more clarity, the forms that previously constituted the packet have been assigned individual new local form numbers.
