PROPOSED LOCAL RULE AND FORM CHANGES EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2018

Pursuant to California Rule of Court 10.613, the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, proposes that local rule and form changes be made and become effective on July 1, 2018. The proposed changes are to the following rules and forms:

Title 1 - General
Local Rule 1030 – Court Communication Protocol for Protective Orders and Child Custody and Visitation Orders (New)

Title 4 – Criminal
Local Rule 4082 – Expungements (Amend)

Title 5 – Family and Juvenile
Local Rule 5115 – Surrogacy Petitions and Judgments (Amend)
Local Rule 5155 – Child Custody Recommending Counseling of Custody and Visitation (Amend)
Local Form RI-FL064 – Gestational Surrogacy Parentage Judgment Checklist (Amend)

Title 7 – Probate
Local Rule 7000 – Application of Rules (New)
Local Rule 7153 – Overhead (Currently Duplicating and Telephone) Costs (Amended)
Local Rule 7409 – Conservator’s Accounts (Amended)
Local Form RI-PR061 – Declaration in Support of Order Dispensing with Accounting (Amended)
