NOTICE OF DESERT TRAFFIC CALENDAR CHANGES

Effective December 17, 2018, the Indio Branch of the Riverside Superior Court has made the following traffic court calendar changes:

- All CHP traffic trials will be held on Friday beginning at 8:00 a.m.;
- All non-CHP traffic trials will be held on Tuesdays at 8:00 a.m.;
- Traffic arraignments will be heard on Tuesday and Friday afternoons at 1:00 p.m. and on Thursdays at 8:00 a.m. and litigants will continue to schedule their traffic court arraignment online;
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursday afternoons are reserved for juvenile court matters.
