PROBATE CALENDAR CHANGES

The following probate filing and calendar changes will be effective January 1, 2017:

1. Administrative Order – Where to file probate documents

The administrative Order – Where to file probate documents was revised as follows:

All Proceedings under Health and Safety Code 103450 – 103490 (Petitions to Establish Birth, Death, or Marriage), Proceedings under Civ. Proc., 372; Prob. Cod, 3600 (Petitions to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim/Compromise of Pending Action/Disposition of Proceeds of Judgment for minor or person with a disability) and all proceedings under the Probate Code:

The following cities were added to the Western Region (Riverside) jurisdictional boundaries for document filing and case assignment:
