CIVIL CALENDAR CHANGES
 
 
The following civil filing and calendar changes will be effective January 1, 2017:
 
 
1.   Administrative Order – Where to file civil documents
 
The administrative Order – Where to file civil documents was revised as follows:
 
Section e modified as follows: Unlawful detainers (including those where the amount in dispute makes the case unlimited). All unlawful detainer actions shall be filed in the following courthouses:
 
 
All unlawful detainer cases that were filed and heard in Moreno Valley shall now be filed and heard in Riverside at the Historic Courthouse located at 4050 Main Street, Riverside, 92501.
