Firearm Emergency Protective Orders
Firearm Restraining Orders
Effective January 1, 2016 all Firearm Emergency Protective Orders shall be submitted by law enforcement as follows:
During court work hours : Firearm Emergency Protective Orders will be handled by the judicial officers assigned as follows:

Western Region: Riverside Hall of Justice - Department 41.

Mid County Region: Murrieta Southwest Justice Center - Department S201.

Desert Region: Indio Larson Justice Center - Department 3N.

During non-court hours:  On-Call Magistrate

 Mid County Region: Murrieta Southwest Justice Center – Self-Help Filing window

 Desert Region: Indio Larson Justice Center – Family Law Assistance Center

 
 Western Region: Riverside Historic Courthouse – Civil Division
