COMPLEX/CLASS ACTION CIVIL DEPARTMENT
Effective January 5, 2015, there will be one countywide complex/class action civil department, which will be located at 4050 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92501. The following case types shall be filed and assigned to the complex civil department at the Historic Courthouse:
- Unlimited/Limited civil cases designated as complex
- Unlimited/Limited civil case designated as class action/class action-complex
- Petitions for Writ of Mandate – CEQA
All documents relating to existing complex/class action and writ of mandate-CEQA cases shall be filed at the Historic Courthouse located at 4050 Main Street, Riverside, CA. 92501.
