EXPANDED TRAFFIC SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC AT THE CORONA COURTHOUSE
RIVERSIDE COUNTY:
Effective Friday, April 24, 2015, the Corona Courthouse will expand services on Fridays to include all traffic and minor offense proceedings (including arraignments and traffic calendar add-ons). The Corona Courthouse will be open Fridays only (except court holidays) from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. and will be providing enhanced traffic services as follows:
Traffic Public Service Windows
Three traffic public service windows will be available to assist the public from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Fridays.
Traffic Clerk Appointments
One traffic clerk appointment window will be available to assist the public from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Fridays.
Self-Help Services
Self-Help services including a KIOSK, self-help computer, interactive voice recognition phone and drop box – all to assist customers in handling their traffic-related court business - will be available for public use from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Fridays.
Enhanced Collection Department
The Enhanced Collections Department will offer full services to the public from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Fridays.
Traffic Court Hearings (Courtroom - Department C2)
8:00 am Fridays - Court Trials, Trials by Declaration and Traffic Court Appeals (Trials De Novo)
12:30 pm Fridays - Traffic arraignments and Traffic Calendar Add-Ons
Traffic Telephone Services
Additional telephone operators will be available at 951.222.0384 for traffic-related questions.
