NOTICE OF DESERT CRIMINAL CALENDAR CHANGES

To: Agencies, Attorneys, Litigants and Court Users

Effective February 9, 2015, the Indio Branch of the Riverside Superior Court has made the following criminal court assignments and calendar changes:

Courtroom	Judicial Officer	Calendar Assignment
3R	Judge James Hawkins	Felony VCD
3S	Judge Victoria Cameron	Criminal Trials and Preliminary Hearings

In addition, effective February 9, 2015, the Mental Health calendar will be heard in Department 3T on Mondays at 1:30 p.m. All matters set on or after February 19, 2015, have been continued to the following Monday.

*Note: The Department 3T calendar schedule will be:

· Misdemeanor arraignments Monday-Friday at 8:30 a.m.

· In-custody and last day arraignments at 1:30 p.m.;

· Mental Health calendar on Mondays at 1:30 p.m.

· IROC drug court evaluations on Fridays at 10:30 a.m.; progress hearings at 1:30 p.m.
