The Presiding Judges of the Juvenile Courts for the counties of Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, Imperial and Orange, have developed a protocol for the transfer of juvenile dependency and delinquency cases from one county to another in Southern California.
  
Forty-five days from the sending of this notice, the Superior Courts in the above reference counties intend to adopt the attached Administrative Order adopting the Southern California Intercounty Transfer Protocol, for each county.  The adoption of the Southern California Intercounty Transfer Protocol shall be as a pilot project, for six months, commencing on August 4, 2014.  
 
All interested persons, agencies and organizations are invited to comment on the proposed protocol prior to the expiration of the forty-five day period.
